Lapwing Lodge – Carbon Reduction Improvements

CLLD funding was awarded to support Lapwing Lodge’s programme to reduce energy use by enabling new windows to be fitted throughout.

This resulted in noticeable improvement to the warmth of the dormitories and noise reduction, enhancing the experience for many groups that use the facility. This has also led to a reduction in their energy costs.
