Bridge of Weir Scouts – A Kitchen to Cook

CLLD funding enabled a fully fitted kitchen to be installed in the Bridge of Weir Scout Hut to enable workshops to take place that teach young people to cook nutritious meals on a budget, follow food hygiene regulations and store food correctly.

The local community will be served by the scheme which aims to help eradicate food poverty experienced by many.
