Local Energy Action Plan (LEAP) – Feasibility Study  

Funding allowed Consultants to be engaged to carry out a feasibility study into rental of 1 High St, Lochwinnoch (old bank) with opportunities for income generation to support LEAP’s existing charitable activities in the Renfrewshire area (Community Larder and The Feel-Good Festival).

Local businesses, community members and potential clients were all engaged, and a robust Business Plan produced.
